Medium - I value higher long-term returns and I am willing to accept the risk of moderate losses. The ability to sell or liquidate the mortgage (liquidity) is a secondaryconcern.

High - I wish to maximize returns and I can accept the significant risk that private mortgage lending entails. I can endure significant potential for loss. Liquidity is generally not a concern to me.
