What We Need
- Application
Current and consistent with rest of package (Filogix preferred) - Credit Bureau
Current Equifax (classic view) - Summary
Notes about your deal to include the 5 C’s of Credit: Character/Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions/Exit - Income Docs
LOE, paystub, NOA, bank statements, etc. - Property Docs
Offer to purchase, mortgage statement/commitment, title, appraisal, etc.
How it Works
- Submit your Deal
You can find us on Filogix under “” or you can submit you deal through email - Letter of Intent (LOI)
We will generally send you a letter of intent within 1 business day - Collect Documents
All will be listed on the LOI - Approval
Your deal will be reviewed once all documents have been submitted - Funding
Your file will be instructed to our lawyer and sent to the borrowers lawyer within 2 business days and your fee will be sent to your abroker by our lawyer
Co-Brokering
We offer our own in-house financing. However, we can also co-broker deals when we see a better option might be available elsewhere.
